Brakes

Brakes

When we operate the brake pedal, a set of mechanisms and systems are set in motion to decelerate or stop the vehicle. From the brake light to warn other vehicles up to the sensors or witnesses of the pads, the ABS, EDB and even the ESP, everything is connected to carry out the braking action in the most efficient way.

There are elements that suffer wear. It is directly proportional to its use and we have to take into account a series of indications so that we maintain an optimum level of security.

If you feel a squeal when braking or you feel that you are forging metals, it is very possible that the brake witnesses are warning you that you are almost at the limit of using your pads, go as soon as possible to the workshop for replacement. The tremors on the steering wheel during braking usually indicate that the brake discs are in poor condition. When in doubt, consult the workshop for a correct diagnosis. You could save a lot of money if ask.
